Guided by visiting artist Sophie Barbarics, this unique evening invites participants to explore movement, storytelling, and the powerful connection between dance and film.

✨ 5:00–7:00 PM | Modern Dance Workshop

Begin the evening with a guided two-hour modern dance workshop where you'll discover how storytelling through movement lives within all of us. No previous dance experience is necessary—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore movement, creativity, and your own somatic experience.

✨ 7:00- 8:15 PM | Film Screening & Artist Q&A

Following the workshop, enjoy a special performance by our local dance troupe, and a screening of Sophie Barbarics' short dance film, Daffodils, and a Q&A with the artist. Experience how movement can express emotion, tell stories, and become a powerful form of artistic expression.
